Yoggies Tick Protection 500g

Do you dread tick season as much as your dog dreads the vet? With the Yoggies® Tick Protection food supplement, you can stay calm. Natural pellets based on herbs, brewer's yeast and fruit make your companion less appealing to these parasites. So you'll need to reach for the tweezers in the first-aid kit far less often.

Shared adventures without uninvited guests

Forest paths, meadows and even the long grass on a housing estate – all places full of interesting colours, scents and sounds that naturally attract our canine friends. But such a sniffing expedition usually brings home a tick in the fur too, or sometimes a whole family of them. Unfortunately, ticks aren't just annoying parasites – they also transmit various diseases.

This is especially true if they manage to attach themselves unnoticed. But you can prevent exactly that with Yoggies® Tick Protection. It's a purely natural food supplement made from a combination of herbs, fruit and brewer's yeast. With the help of these ingredients, it creates an environment that ticks find unappealing, so they naturally avoid it.

A clever combination of natural ingredients

The active ingredients in Yoggies® Tick Protection include rock rose (Cistus incanus), which has repellent effects of its own. Brewer's yeast also plays an important role, as it is rich in B vitamins, which contribute to healthy skin and coat and strengthen the dog's natural defences.

In combination with ground herbs and fruit, these ingredients create an environment on the surface of the dog's skin that ticks dislike.

The main reason is the specific scent of the coat and skin caused by long-term use of the supplement. So if a tick does happen to climb onto your companion, it will quickly lose the urge to bite. But don't worry – this scent is too faint for the human nose to notice, so using the supplement won't affect your time together in any way. And if it does, it will only be for the better!

Protection for canine adventurers of any age

Yoggies® Tick Protection contains no chemical flavourings, preservatives or other substances that have no place in a dog's bowl. It is therefore the perfect solution for dogs with a sensitive tummy or other issues that may have previously prevented you from using certain common dog repellents.

You can give the supplement to your companion every day during tick season. Dogs of every life stage will benefit from it, including senior dogs and puppies over six months old. To make things easier for owners too, we sell it in pellet form, so it can easily be worked into your canine family member's daily feeding. You just need to start giving the food supplement a few weeks before the season begins, so it has time to take effect.
