It's not a random jumble of letters, but an abbreviation for Cross-Flow Microfiltration. A special type of filtration that doesn't require the use of chemicals. It's admittedly a lot more work and more expensive, but the result is incomparable. This way the protein doesn't lose its minerals or micronutrients.

Unlike classic ion exchange, during which the whey is boiled with acid. That really puts the whey through the wringer – but it's cheap and fast, you know how it is.

• Whey concentrate on its own is barely taxing on the stomach. Its digestibility and utilisation are among the highest of all protein sources.
• But to make sure your body really gets the most out of it, we've added the Opti-7-Digest digestive enzymes. One of them is lactase, which helps digest troublesome lactose. One letter, and look what it does.

Allergens: This product contains milk, milk proteins and lactose. May contain traces of soya, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish and fish products, sesame and cereals containing gluten.

Use and dosage: Used as a supplementary source of protein, especially for athletes. It is recommended to consume it immediately after training. To prepare 1 serving, mix 30g (1 scoop) of the product with 200-300 ml of still water or milk. Mix the serving thoroughly using a shaker.
Recommended daily dosage: Take 1-3 servings a day as needed.

Storage: Keep dry, in the dark, well sealed, and at temperatures from 4 °C to 25 °C. Which means the fridge is too damp, the windowsill gets too much sun, and the freezer is too cold – but the pantry is just right.
