Use and dosage: Used as a supplementary source of protein, especially for athletes. It is recommended to consume immediately after training. To prepare 1 serving, mix 30g (1 scoop) of the product with 200-300 ml of still water or milk. Mix the serving thoroughly using a shaker.
Recommended daily dose: Take 1-3 servings a day as needed.

Storage: Keep dry, in the dark, well sealed and at temperatures between 4 °C and 25 °C. Which means the fridge is too damp, the windowsill gets too much sun, the freezer is too cold – but the pantry is just right.
