Use and dosage: Used as a supplementary source of protein, particularly for athletes. Recommended to be consumed immediately after training. To prepare 1 serving, mix 30g (1 scoop) of the product with 200-300 ml of still water or milk. Mix the serving thoroughly using a shaker.
Recommended daily dose: Take 1-3 servings a day as needed.

Storage: Keep dry, in the dark, tightly closed and at temperatures from 4 °C to 25 °C. Which means the fridge is too damp, the windowsill too sunny, the freezer too cold - but the pantry is just right.
