Use and dosage: This product serves as a supplementary source of protein, vitamins and minerals, particularly for athletes. To prepare 1 serving, mix 30 g (1 scoop) of the product with 200–300 ml of still water or milk. Mix the serving thoroughly using a shaker. Recommended daily dose: Take 1–3 servings a day as needed.
