DINGO Energy Balls 250g

Energy Ball is a product for quick and easy energy replenishment before a dog's exertion, during a longer effort and also after exertion lasting up to approximately 30-120 minutes. It significantly improves a dog's preparation before exertion, and maintains its activity during a longer effort. 

Composition of the energy mixture:  Maltodextrin, Dried eggs, hydrolysed Liver protein, microbial protein, dried egg yolk, Brewer's yeast, Glucose (Dextrose), hydrolysed fish protein, soy Lecithin, BCAA amino acids, L-Glutamine, extruded rice flour, Kelp seaweed, Vitamin C, Turmeric.

Nutrient content of the mixture:  Protein 30 %, Fat 25 %, Simple sugars 12 %, Starch 5.5 %, Ash 6 %, Fibre 4 %, Moisture 18 %. 

Content of additives:  BCAA amino acids 2.5 %, L-Glutamine 2.5 %, Lecithin 2 %, Vitamin C 0.5 %.

Characteristics:  DINGO Energy Ball is intended as a nutritional supplement for dogs under exertion. The basic protein and fat raw materials do not come from sources used for human sports nutrition, but are raw materials intended for the intensive nutrition of carnivorous animals, or other suitable feed supplements for nutrition. The mixture is intended for the rapid restoration of muscle glycogen under high physical strain in dogs and for supplying easily digestible proteins, including a specific group of amino acids intended to protect muscle fibres from damage caused by overexertion.

Energy Ball is a dense, softer mixture with a medium-coarse structure and a dark yellow-brown colour, with a natural aroma of its raw materials. This mixture is very attractive to dogs both in aroma and taste, and according to our experience so far, dogs will accept the energy ball even under stress or in other conditions unfavourable to them - loss of appetite, exhaustion, nervousness, etc. The mixture does not contain Gluten - cereal protein

Lactose - milk sugar, nor poultry protein, which are allergens for many dogs. It is also free from flavourings, colourants, preservatives and flavour enhancers! Everything consists solely of natural, high-quality raw materials. The mixture contains ingredients (dried eggs and soy Lecithin), which may, exceptionally, be an allergen for sensitive individuals.  

Store in a well-sealed, airtight PVC container, in a dry, dark and cool place, without abrupt temperature changes - otherwise water may condense on the walls of the packaging and the product may go mouldy. Do not expose it to high temperatures either, e.g. in a car or in direct sunlight. The ball contains a high proportion of fat, and this may melt.  At high temperatures (above approximately 24 °C) the product softens. This does not bother the dog, however, and it can still eat the ball.

Use ideally within 3-4 months of purchase when stored at up to 10 °C. It is best to keep the balls in the fridge long-term, keeping outside it only the smaller portion that you will use up quickly (within approximately 30 days). When stored outside the fridge in the warm season (summer), use ideally within 60 days, depending on temperature conditions. In winter, in an unheated room, use within 5 - 6 months, until ambient temperatures rise above 15 °C, or place in the fridge. A week's stay at competitions, even in the heat, will not harm the product if it is ideally kept in paper packaging. However, do not expose it to direct sunlight. 

Take care in the summer not to leave the product in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure (an hour or more) may cause it to steam up, especially in PVC packaging, and completely spoil the product - the dog will not want to eat it. Make sure the product is always kept in the shade. In such cases, when high temperatures are expected (above 30 °C), paper packaging is ideal, as it "breathes" and does not enormously increase the internal temperature of the product.
