Protein&Co Protein Semolina Porridge 480g - Cinnamon Roll
A protein porridge with 25% protein and a high fibre content that keeps you full for longer and makes a great substitute for classic semolina.
Standing at the stove stirring? No way — there's no time or desire to risk a burnt pot.
Just pour on water (yes, really just water), stir, and within a minute you're tucking in. So you'll have time left over for a possible second helping.
We did warn you it's hard to stop.
Will 25% protein be enough for you?
Honestly – if not, there's not much we can do about it now. But in our book, that's a decent amount for a semolina porridge. Credit goes not just to the semolina, but also to 85% MPC, a.k.a. milk protein concentrate. Thanks to it, you get both whey and casein protein.
Add to that chicory fibre, which takes care of your gut microflora. And of course a flavour perfected with dried milk, freeze-dried fruit / vanilla flavouring and coconut sugar.
Sorry, we need a break – we've got a craving now.
For once, you'll prepare it faster than you eat it
- All you need is water, because the milky flavour is already in the porridge.
- Mix 40 grams with 150 ml of really hot water.
- Stir for a moment until everything combines.
- Pop it in the microwave for a minute.
- Once you take it out, stir and let it rest for a moment.
- And then add whatever you like – butter and cocoa, for instance. Just like the good old days.
TIP: If you're leaving the porridge for later, add a little water. Once cooled, it sets a bit like concrete – so you don't have to cut it into slices.

Heating time varies according to the type of microwave. Then stir the porridge and let it cool a little. You can also prepare the porridge the usual way in a saucepan, but preparing it in the microwave will save you time and the hassle of washing up. We'll leave the decorating and flavouring up to you.
