All it takes is rice, top-notch 80% CFM protein, coconut sugar, and where needed, natural ingredients. There are no flavourings here!
Protein rice porridge:
- has up to 27 g of CFM protein per serving, which has kept its vitamins and minerals,

- can be eaten hot, warm or cold – whatever suits you

Composition: Extruded rice flakes (min. 42 %), 80% whey concentrate (min. 26 %), organic coconut sugar (min. 13 %), desiccated coconut (min. 9 %)
Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy value 1 740 kJ / 416 kcal, Carbohydrate 54 g (of which sugars 13 g), Fat 10 g (of which saturates 7.7 g), Protein 24 g, Fibre 3 g
Use and dosage: Pour approximately 120 ml of water (cold or warm) over one serving (80 g - 4 heaped tablespoons) and mix well. Leave to stand for 2 minutes and eat. Tastes even better with milk.
Storage: Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, at temperatures of 4-25 °C. Do not expose to freezing or moisture.
Allergens: Cereals containing gluten, milk, milk proteins, lactose. May contain traces of soya, nuts, shell-fruit, sesame, peanuts.
