Magnesium bisglycinate – a highly absorbable organic form of magnesium that your body can make the most of. It's made up of magnesium, which is essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system, and therefore for sleep too. The other ingredient is L-glycine, an amino acid with calming effects.

L-theanine is an amino acid that can be obtained from tea leaves. It supports the production of alpha brain waves, which are associated with a state of relaxation.

Composition: Magnesium bisglycinate, L-theanine, ground German chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla), ground valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), ground lemon balm herb (Melissa officinalis), ground lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia), maltodextrin, vegan capsule (HPMC – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Use and dosage: Take 2 capsules in the evening before bed, washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably water.

Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures between 4–25°C. Protect from direct sunlight, frost and moisture. Make sure the packaging is properly sealed. Use before the best-before date shown on the packaging, or within 4 months of opening.
