HerpeNorm™ is a combination of zinc and L-lysine for intensive lip care.
The reason for its high effectiveness is the fact that HerpeNorm™ contains zinc, which contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and has a positive effect on healthy skin.
The amino acid L-lysine, contained in the HerpeNorm™ dietary supplement, inhibits the amino acid arginine. If you experience this discomfort frequently, you should avoid foods rich in arginine (e.g. nuts) and limit your intake of foods containing white flour, rice, as well as ready meals and foods high in sugar.
L-lysine is an essential amino acid that the human body cannot synthesise on its own. We must therefore obtain lysine through our diet or dietary supplements. Our diet should therefore be varied, with a balanced content of sugars, fats and proteins. Lower lysine levels have been found in vegetarians (especially vegans), athletes, children, older people and people with an unbalanced diet low in lysine.
Zinc supports the proper function of the immune system and helps maintain the normal condition of the skin.
