The Sergant´s collar for small dogs and cats 34 cm is an antiparasitic for the treatment and prevention of flea and tick infestation in dogs and cats. Fleas are killed within 24 hours of infestation. Effective against flea infestation and against tick infestation for 180 days. For use on puppies and kittens older than 12 weeks.

Composition:

Propoxurum 1.26 g, Phenothrinum 420 mg, Pyrodonum 420 mg in 1 collar (35 cm).

Characteristics:

The active substances are released from the carrier gradually. The product remains effective for 180 days after opening the packaging. The active substances are almost not absorbed into the body; they remain present on the surface of the skin and coat for several days.

Use:

Target animal species: dogs (small breeds) and cats.
An ectoparasitic collar for dogs and cats; it kills ectoparasites, especially fleas (Ctenocephalides canis, Ctenocephalides felis) and ticks (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus Sanguineus, Dermacentor spp, Haemaphysalis spp.) for 180 days after application.

Contraindications:

Do not use on puppies and kittens under 12 weeks of age.

Side effects:

In exceptional cases, hypersensitivity to the substances used may occur in treated animals or in persons coming into contact with a treated animal. In such cases seek professional medical help and remove the collar. Do not use other ectoparasitics at the same time. Can be used on pregnant and lactating animals.

Warning:

If an allergy occurs, remove the collar from the animal immediately and wash the animal with running water and mild soap. In cats, prevent ingestion and contact with the mucous membrane of the eye. If the eye or mucous membrane is affected, wash with a stream of water.
Avoid contact of the product with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not let children play with the collar. If the collar comes into contact with the eyes, rinse the eyes immediately with plenty of water.
People with known hypersensitivity to pyrethroids should avoid contact with the veterinary medicinal product. In case of skin irritation and/or eye irritation, seek medical help. The product must not contaminate watercourses, as it may be dangerous to fish and other aquatic organisms.

Application:

Use only one collar per animal at a time.
Unpack the packaging, adjust the length of the collar and fasten the collar around the dog's or cat's neck so that the collar has a gap of 2 fingers and cannot slip over the animal's head. Cut off the end of the collar 7 cm past the buckle. The collar must be worn permanently. Wash your hands after fastening the collar. The collar is water-resistant and works both when moving and at rest.
