WeDental actively targets the bacteria responsible for the formation of bacterial plaque by combining the effect of natural enzymes, an abrasive silica system and zinc ions.

WeDental works against bacteria and tartar through three mechanisms:

Enzymatic effect
WeDental has a “peroxidase system” effect. On contact with the mouth, lactoperoxidase begins to produce hydrogen peroxide with an anti-inflammatory effect.
This peroxidase system also supports the production and release of natural oral enzymes such as lactoperoxidase, lysozyme and thiocyanate ions, which have an oral antibacterial effect.
Clinical studies have shown that the enzymatic system in WeDental can protect tooth enamel. This system prevents plaque formation, suppresses enzymes produced by Streptococcus mutans, reduces bad breath and improves oral health.

WeDental maximises the mechanical abrasive effect
Unlike humans, animals do not regularly clean their teeth, so they need a mechanical abrasive effect to physically destabilise and remove plaque or tartar. WeDental combines an effective yet gentle abrasive system which, through the action of silica forms contained in the pastes, guarantees a cleaning effect.

WeDental provides zinc ions with 3 mechanisms of action:
- Zinc ions bind to the sulphur released by bacterial plaque, thereby neutralising odour.
- Zinc ions act as catalysts for many enzymatic reactions, working synergistically with the peroxidase system.
- Zinc ions are important for collagen repair and for healing wounds in animals with gingivitis.

Instructions for use, recommendations and dosage:

If you use a toothbrush for dogs or cats, apply the paste to it and brush every day.
If brushing is not possible, spread the daily dose over the animal's teeth.
Dogs: apply directly between the teeth and cheek on both sides
Cats: apply directly between the teeth and cheek on both sides, or apply to the paws so the animal can lick it off
WeDental can be used every day

One dose corresponds to one press of the dispenser

Small breeds and cats (< 10kg): 1 dose per day
Medium breeds (< 20kg): 2 doses per day
Large breeds (> 30kg): 3 doses per day
