Comprehensive care for dogs' joints

We designed Yoggies® Mussel Extract for Healthy Joints to provide truly comprehensive care for our four-legged companions' joints.

This includes:

strengthening the joint apparatus, cartilage, connective tissue, ligaments and tendons,
supporting cartilage structure and the production of joint fluid, or synovium,
increasing the elasticity of connective tissue,
improving resilience during training.

This is a food supplement in pellet form containing probiotics, which, besides joint health, also support the dog's digestion and immunity. It is suitable for adult dogs as well as senior dogs, puppies, and even pregnant bitches.

Starring ingredient: green-lipped mussel extract

The core ingredient of Yoggies® Mussel Extract for Healthy Joints is a 30% extract of green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus). This is characterised by a high content of so-called glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which are among the essential components of the intercellular spaces of connective tissues such as joints, joint cartilage and tendons. These include, for example, glucosamine, hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulphate.

All these substances directly support the building and regeneration of joints and cartilage, as well as the production of joint fluid. As a result, they bring pain relief and reduced inflammation to dogs suffering from arthritis, giving them the chance to enjoy life again and share plenty of experiences with their owners.

Omega-3 fatty acids – the foundation of healthy movement

In addition to mussels, we have also enriched our food supplement with dried wild salmon.

The main reason is its content of essential omega-3 fatty acids in their most readily absorbable form, namely EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).

The correct ratio of omega-3 in dog food reduces inflammation and thereby improves joint mobility.

Supporting regeneration, reducing swelling and easing inflammation

To ensure your companion receives truly thorough care and robust health, we have harnessed the positive effects of several other plants and added them to this supplement's list of ingredients. These include:

grapevine antioxidants – thanks to their resveratrol content, they have anti-inflammatory effects and support joint mobility;
nettle and dandelion – rich in minerals and vitamins that support bone and joint health, and they also have
diuretic effects, so they can help reduce swelling around the joints;
acerola extract – contains plenty of vitamin C, which protects joints from oxidative stress, strengthens the immune system, supports tissue healing and is essential for collagen production;
horsetail – an important source of silicon, which is involved in the production of collagen and elastin, thereby supporting the flexibility of joints and ligaments;
evening primrose oil – reduces inflammation in the joints and supports cellular regeneration.
Because of its high content of B vitamins, malt extract is also included in Yoggies® Mussel Extract.

On the other hand, you won't find substances such as preservatives and flavourings in Yoggies® Mussel Extract for Healthy Joints – they have no place in a dog's bowl.
