The Caffe Milano roastery is located in the very heart of the Italian metropolis of Milano, close to the famous Monza race circuit. Caffe Milano represents a modern roastery focused primarily on the quality of the roasted coffee. This is confirmed by its fresh-air roasting system, which prevents the green coffee from coming into direct contact with the heat source, thereby eliminating the risk of the coffee burning. The fresh-air system therefore has a clear effect on even roasting and a more intense coffee flavour.
