La Borsa Dolce Crema is the roastery's best-selling blend. It is characterised by its full-bodied coffee flavour and rich crema. The coffee is roasted in a ratio of 60% arabica to 40% robusta. Arabica gives the coffee a fruity aroma with notes of dark chocolate, while robusta provides the coffee's strength and crema, and suppresses all acidity in the coffee.
The coffee is perfectly suited both to professional café machines and to automatic coffee machines at home or in the office.
The LaBorsa coffee brand was founded in 2011 in the Czech Republic. Our family company established this brand for products roasted in northern Italy near Lake Como. Our company works with a successful family-run roastery that has been roasting its own brands for more than 20 years.
