The roastery prides itself on traditional Italian coffee roasting dating back to 1882. Saccaria caffé was in fact the very first coffee roastery in the Marche region, located in central Italy near San Marino.
The roastery was founded by two Italian families, Calef and Terni, true experts in coffee selection and roasting. In 1962, the roastery moved to Marina di Montemarciano, where it still roasts coffee today.
The family tradition has now been passed down to the 4th generation, who continue to roast coffee to a very high standard.
