Caffe Milano Platinum Coffee Beans 1kg
Every roastery needs its own “hundred-percenter”. At the Caffé Milano roastery, it's called Platinum.
Matte grey, with the Milan Duomo cathedral on the logo. This coffee is best suited to smaller espresso-style coffees of up to 30 ml. Thanks to 9 varieties of arabica, it has a gentle acidity and a wonderful fruity flavour.
The quality of Caffe Milano coffee is guaranteed by the careful selection of green coffee beans from six different countries, including Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Ethiopia and Tanzania.
The Caffe Milano roastery is located in the very heart of the Italian metropolis of Milano, close to the famous Monza race circuit. Caffe Milano represents a modern roastery focused primarily on the quality of the roasted coffee. This is confirmed by its fresh-air roasting system, which prevents the green coffee from coming into direct contact with the heat source, thereby eliminating the risk of the coffee burning. The fresh-air system therefore has a clear effect on even roasting and a more intense coffee flavour.
Caffe Milano is a keen motorsport enthusiast. Caffe Milano is one of the main partners of the Italian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta. Caffe Milano Platinum is present at every race in the factory team's World Superbike campaign.
