Composition (1 capsule 0.749g): extract from hop cones [(Humulus lupulus L., 30% alpha and iso-alpha acid extract, maltodextrin, maize starch, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)] 500 mg, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, 15% RI*) 12 mg, powdered aloe vera leaf pulp (Aloe vera, standardised to 10% polysaccharides) 10 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, 15% RI*) 0.21 mg, vitamin D (cholecalciferol, 15% RI*) 0.75 µg.

Recommended daily dosage: Take 1 capsule daily. If needed, take up to 3 capsules a day, always 8 hours apart. Take with food, with plenty of water.
