Supplemented with selected herbs and other active vitamins, in vegan plant-based capsules. The complex formula is rounded out by the amino acid L-tryptophan. Plant extracts of valerian, hops, lemon balm, passionflower, lavender and green tea leaves containing L-theanine, together with B-group vitamins, induce a feeling of relaxation, calm the mind and support natural, healthy sleep.

Recommended daily dosage: Adults take 1 capsule 1/2 an hour to 1 hour before bedtime. Swallow the capsule whole with plenty of water. Also suitable for vegans. Take only before your expected sleep time, as it may cause drowsiness.

Not intended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Storage: Store in a dry, dark place away from direct sunlight at a temperature of up to 25°C. After opening, store according to the storage conditions.
