Composition (1 tablet 1.68 g): glucosamine sulphate 2KCl 95% from crustaceans [(glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, stabiliser (polyvinylpyrrolidone)], filler (microcrystalline cellulose), sodium chondroitin sulphate 90%, methylsulfonylmethane, filler (calcium hydrogen phosphate), hydrolysed chicken type II collagen 50%, vitamin C (sodium L-ascorbate 99%, 25 % NRV*), thickener (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), sodium hyaluronate 97%, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc), colour (magnesium carbonate), stabiliser (polydextrose, polyvinylpyrrolidone), anti-foaming agent (polyethylene glycol), medium-chain triglycerides, stabiliser (polyvinylpyrrolidone).

Recommended daily dosage: Adults take 1 tablet 3 times a day. Preferably take after a meal. If you have difficulty swallowing, the tablets can be halved or crushed.
