Recommended daily dosage: Take 1 scoop of the Barny's SIOUX™ dietary supplement daily, dissolved in at least 250ml of water, ideally in the morning at breakfast. The total daily dose can also be split into 2 doses and taken in the morning and evening, before or after a meal. Our tip: add the juice squeezed from half a lemon, or another juice, to the glass to flavour the drink. You can also mix it into, for example, a glass of orange or fruit juice.
