Composition: (1 tablet 1.89g): glucosamine sulphate 2KCl 95% [(glucosamine sulphate 2KCl from crustaceans, stabiliser (polyvinylpyrrolidone)], MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), sweetener (isomalt), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), borage seed oil 40% (modified starch, powdered oil), thickener (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), sodium L-ascorbate 20 mg (25% RI*), hydrolysed type II collagen 50%, ginger rhizome extract (maltodextrin, gingerols ≥5%), turmeric rhizome extract (curcumin ≥95%), boswellia resin extract (boswellic acids ≥85%), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc), stabiliser (polydextrose, polyvinylpyrrolidone), filler (magnesium bicarbonate), colouring (iron oxides), medium-chain triglycerides, anti-foaming agent (polyethylene glycol).

Recommended daily dosage: Children from 12 years of age, 1 tablet daily. Adults, 2 tablets daily. We recommend taking with or after food, with plenty of liquid.
