ActiMaris® Forte Wound Cleansing and Healing Solution 300ml
A solution designed to clean wounds and speed up healing, particularly for chronic, slow-healing wounds and inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes.
ActiMaris Forte solution is particularly suitable for speeding up the healing of leg and diabetic ulcers, infected wounds, inflammation, pressure sores, or malodorous wounds. It has also proven excellent for healing more severe forms of acne and fungal infections. ActiMaris Forte quickly cleans and disinfects the wound, reduces inflammation and kick-starts healing. It can rapidly eliminate bacterial and fungal infections both on the skin and on mucous membranes (oral cavity, genitals).
It is used to compress a wound (moistened gauze), for the mechanical cleaning of skin (e.g. a moistened cotton swab), and for rinsing the oral cavity or genitals.
It contains high-energy active oxygen, sea salt with 80 minerals, and ionised alkaline water.
ActiMaris Forte solution is suitable for cleaning, reducing inflammation and speeding up healing:
- acute wounds – abrasions, cuts, lacerations, blisters, swelling, chafing, insect bites
- inflammatory processes on the skin and mucous membrane – more severe forms of acne, mouth ulcers, cold sores, gum inflammation, ear canal inflammation
- bacterial and fungal infections, wounds and inflammation in the oral cavity, on the genitals
- chronic wounds – leg and diabetic ulcers, suppurating wounds, pressure sores, fungal infections
- catheter, PEG tube and drain entry sites
- decontamination of the body in the case of a positive finding of MRSA / VRE.
Thanks to its properties, ActiMaris Forte solution has been shown to:
- reduce inflammation and speed up wound healing
- clean and disinfect the wound – thanks to the oxidising effect of oxygen
- create an optimal pH in the wound, thereby aiding healing – thanks to the effect of alkaline sea water
- supply oxygen and the energy needed to the wound
- reduce swelling, pain and any wound odour
- unlike antibiotics, no resistance develops to the antimicrobial effect of oxygen
