By absorbing excess fluids, psyllium forms a gel-like mass that carries harmful substances produced in the intestines and stomach during food processing out of the body. Psyllium is very gentle and doesn't irritate the walls of the intestines or stomach, and it can regulate not only the digestion of fats and sugars but also serve as a nutrient for the microbial flora in the digestive tract.

Composition: Psyllium (Indian plantain; Plantago ovata) ground husk, vegan capsule (HPMC – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Use and dosage: Take 2–3 capsules 2 to 3 times a day, ideally 30 minutes before a meal. Always wash the capsules down with at least 250ml of liquid, preferably water.
Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures between 5–25°C. Protect from direct sunlight, frost and moisture. Make sure the packaging is properly sealed.
