A unique formula and combination of highly concentrated marine fish type I collagen from fish, in the branded Naticol® quality, native chicken type II collagen, vitamin C and zinc, in gelatine capsules.
Cartilage is a connective tissue made up of chondrocytes (the cartilage's own cells), collagen and elastic fibres (forming the structure of the cartilage), and an amorphous intercellular matrix - made of proteoglycans. For the proper and normal functioning of cartilage, it is important to have functional collagen structures, which give the cartilage its shape and firmness. Vitamin C is important for normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage, bones and skin. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and to the maintenance of normal bones and skin. Naticol® is a registered trademark of WEISHARDT International.

Composition (1 capsule 0.480g): thickener (maize starch), capsule [gelatine, colouring (zinc oxide, zinc 2.3 mg, 23% RI)], Naticol® from marine fish (hydrolysed type I collagen proteins min 93%, micro-granulated: glycine 8.4 mg, proline 5 mg, hydroxyproline 4.2 mg, arginine 3.6 mg, lysine 1.4 mg *) 43 mg, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, 20 mg, 25% RI), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), native chicken type II collagen 4% 0.5 mg.

Recommended daily dosage: 1 capsule daily (for healthy people with an average body weight of 45-70kg). We recommend taking it with or after food, with plenty of water.
