ALAVIS MAXIMA Omega 3 – an ultra-pure, highly concentrated source of the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA, for the heart, brain and overall vitality.

Omega-3 fatty acids play a key role in human metabolism. They are vital for the body, but the body cannot produce (synthesise) them itself from other nutrients, so they must be obtained through the diet.
These are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), found in oily fish and seaweed and which contributes to the normal function of the heart, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), a key structural component of the brain, the retina and the heart muscle. It is absolutely essential for children’s brain development and adults’ cognitive function.

Composition (1 capsule 1.42 g): Fish oil [18% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 12% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), antioxidant (d-α-tocopherol)] 1 000 mg, capsule (gelatine).
