Contains Barny's Sea Complex (a unique formula made from seaweed) - a complex of bioactive minerals and other valuable substances specially combined to work together for maximum effect on human bones.

In the Barny's OSTEOeffect™ dietary supplement, calcium and other important minerals are present in the form of the Barny's Sea Complex (calcium, magnesium, selenium, boron, sodium, copper, iodine, nickel, zinc, phosphorus, iron) - that is, in a maximally usable form, and therefore they do not accumulate in places where they could cause harm (blood vessels, kidneys and liver).

Maximum iodine content 12 µg (8% RI*).

Recommended daily dosage: Take 1 scoop of Barny's OSTEOeffect™ daily, dissolved in water. During periods of increased nutrient requirements for adults, 2 scoops daily may be taken. Can be flavoured with fruit juice or squash.
