Composition (1 capsule 0.38g): Reducose® (extract from the leaves of white mulberry Morus alba, standardised to 4.5% 1-deoxynojirimycin, carrier: maltodextrin, L-leucine) 250 mg, chromium (chromium picolinate, RI 250%) 100 µg, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, modified maize starch), vegan plant-based capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colouring: zinc oxide - zinc 1.92 mg, 19% RI).

Recommended daily dosage: Adults should take 1 capsule daily, ideally with a main meal or before a meal with a higher carbohydrate content. Take with plenty of water.
