Barny's InoCell™ 2x60 Capsules

A plant-based dietary supplement containing an active blend of inositol and inositol hexaphosphate (IP6), their calcium and magnesium salts, as well as vitamin C and the mineral selenium, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The calcium it contains contributes to normal energy metabolism.

InoCell™ was celebrated in the United States as the natural product of the decade as early as 1998. It should be added, however, that this was preceded by more than two decades of research. InoCell™ rightly received such great attention. Since then, a further two thousand studies have been carried out, which have, at the very least, confirmed that InoCell™ is a highly effective active substance of great importance for maintaining health against the adverse effects of modern civilisation. The significance of InoCell™ also lies in its use in follow-up care for people "so-called declared healthy, who have gone through a demanding process of returning to health".

InoCell™ is a blend of the substances inositol and IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate), which occur naturally in foods high in fibre (whole grains, cereals, legumes, nuts, seeds and wholegrain products). IP6 and other inositol phosphates occur naturally in most mammalian cells, where they are involved in a number of important cellular functions.

The first part of the InoCell™ blend is inositol. Inositol is a vitally important substance and an important building block of phospholipids, helping to form cell membranes. In plant foods, the bound form of inositol is phytic acid. Its esters are involved in a number of important functions in the body. Inositol is classed among the B-group vitamins, under the name B8 (it is sometimes referred to in the literature as B9). It is found in a range of foods, such as soya, grapefruit, grapes, cabbage, and meat (offal). The daily requirement for pure inositol is estimated at roughly 1000 mg. A typical diet usually does not cover this requirement.

The second part of the InoCell™ blend is IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate), a form of natural vitamin structurally similar to inositol. IP6 helps the body with many important processes. Inositol hexaphosphate IP6 is a molecule commonly found, in particular, in foods high in fibre, such as cereals, legumes, rice bran, nuts, seeds, sprouted seeds and others.

Recommended daily dosage: Adults, 2 capsules once a day / in case of problems, 2 capsules twice a day. Children from 6 years of age take half the dose. Always take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal, with plenty of water. The maximum recommended daily dosage - 4 capsules - contains 32% RI calcium, 20% RI magnesium, 164% RI vitamin C, 120% RI zinc and 132% RI selenium.
