Use and dosage
Take 1 capsule daily, washed down with plenty of liquid, preferably water.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures of 4–25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, frost and moisture. Make sure the packaging is properly closed. Use by the best-before date shown on the packaging, or within 4 months of opening.
