Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, is an ancient herb that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years.
It is known as an adaptogen – a substance that helps the body cope with and adapt to stress. The capsules contain an extract from the root of this herb, which is rich in active compounds called withanolides that have proven effects on improving mood, memory, sleep, muscle strength and immune response.
You can take ashwagandha every day as a food supplement, or as support during periods of increased stress or physical exertion.

Dosage: Take 1–2 capsules daily with food, washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid. Do not take continuously for longer than 2 months. A break is recommended after two months of use.
Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures between 4–25°C. Protect from direct sunlight, frost and moisture. Make sure the packaging is properly sealed. Use within 4 months of opening.
Warning: Food supplement. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage.
