Use and dosage: Take 2 capsules 2× daily, ideally on an empty stomach. Always take the capsules with plenty of liquid, preferably water.
Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures of 4–25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, freezing and moisture. Make sure the packaging is properly closed. Use before the best-before date shown on the pack, or within 4 months of opening.
