Vitamin D3 with K2 is the ideal combination for both your physical and mental wellbeing.
Vitamin D is essential for our health, but it is often missing from our diet. Our body can produce it itself, but this requires direct sunlight in the form of UVB rays.
Vitamin D3 is the ideal way to replenish the level you need, as it is the most readily absorbed form.
Vitamin K2 has a fundamental effect on bone health and supports the immune system.
Vitamin K2 MK7 is the biologically most active form of vitamin K, and it also stays in the body longer (the required level of vitamin K is reached within just a few days); other forms remain in the body for only a few hours, which is why high doses are needed to achieve the desired effect.

Composition
vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin K2 MK-7 (menaquinone), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, medium-chain triglyceride oil (MCT oil), modified food starch, sucrose, vegan capsule (HPMC – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)

Use and dosage
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. Always wash the capsule down with plenty of liquid.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures of 4–25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, frost and moisture. Make sure the packaging is properly closed. Use by the best-before date shown on the packaging, or within 4 months of opening.
